Our mission states that you will ALWAYS see a physician.  We have lab and x-ray services available on site to get you your results quickly and efficiently.  Our board certified physicians are always there to help.  Dr. Thomas V. Chmelicek, our founder, believes that patients deserve a higher level of care for all their problems, big or small. 

 

For life-threatening emergencies we will refer you to the nearest Emergency Room. Dr. Chmelicek has medical privileges at St. Joseph's Hospital.
